Odata ce va inregistrati pe acest Forum sunteti de acord cu respectarea regulilor specificate mai jos. Fiecare regula este insotita de pedeapsa rezultata in urma incalcarii ei.
Reguli privind postarea si relatiile cu userii de pe forum:
Intr-un topic postati doar ce este legat de subiect, discutiile offtopic vor fi pedepsite. (1 Warning)
Folositi un limbaj decent. Fara atacuri la persoana sau expresii vulgare. Orice utilizator al forumului vrea sa fie respectat indiferent de varsta, sex, natie sau nivel al cunostintelor. Evitati atitudinile ostile fata de ceilalti utilizatori. (1 - 4 warning-uri / ban temporar/permanent)
Inainte de deschiderea unui nou topic folositi functia Cautare, asigurandu-va ca nu s-a mai discutat despre asa ceva. (1 Warning)
Nu deschideti topicuri foarte vechi decat daca aveti ceva important de spus si/sau daca doriti sa fiti ajutat in aceeasi problema (Daca nu ati gasit raspunsul in celelalte posturi). (1 Warning)
Nu faceti doua posturi consecutive in acelasi topic la intervale mai mici 6-12 ore decat daca este strict necesar. Daca aveti ceva de adaugat folositi butonul "Edit". (1 Warning)
Reclamele de orice fel NU sunt permise, nici link-urile cu referer. Singurul loc in care puteti mentiona site-ul dumneavoastra este campul Website din profil. Nu postati linkuri care n-au legatura cu subiectul topicului, acestea vor fi sterse. Reclama in semnatura NU este acceptata. Utilizatorilor care au linkuri in semnatura li se va lua dreptul de a mai purta semnatura. (1 - 4 Warning-uri / Ban)
Titlul unui subiect trebuie sa fie clar si sa reflecte continutul postului. Deasemenea, trebuie sa fiti cat mai expliciti posibil pentru a evita eventualele nelamuriri. Acesta nu trebuie sa fie de genul "Heeelp", "Ajutooor", "Ce trebuie sa fac", "Uitati-va aici". Cand postati o problema si nu primiti raspunsul asteptat, reformulati in asa fel incat sa fiti siguri ca ceilalti inteleg ce doriti. (1 Warning)
Evitati posturile monosilabice de genul "OK", "Ms", "Bv" sau altele care nu denota altceva decat incultura si lipsa de respect. (1 Warning)
Este interzisa postarea de materiale pornografice / indecente / vulgare, care ar putea leza dispozitia userilor de pe forum. (1 - 4 Warning-uri / Ban permanent)
Nu folositi foarte des tasta "CAPS LOCK" si emoticon-urile, nu scrieti cu text avand dimensiuni foarte mari si fiind foarte colorat. (1 Warning)
In cazul in care postati un tutorial care nu va apartine, este obligatoriu sa precizati autorul in semn de respect fata de cei care s-au chinuit sa il scrie (1 - 4 Warning-uri, ban permanent)
Fiecare utilizator este rugat sa faca cel putin un post pe forum, chiar si cei care intra doar pentru a se informa. Pentru a evita neplacerile puteti face un prim post in sectiunea Bun Venit, un post care ajuta sa ne cunoastem mai bine.
Nu cereti sanctionarea userilor (decat prin Report) sau inchiderea topic-urilor ("warn pls", "close topic pls", etc) (1 - 2 Warning-uri)
Reguli privind avatarele, rank-urile, semnaturile si imaginile postate pe forum:
In semnatura puteti pune o imagine [460x150 pixeli], eventual si un userbar [maxim 100 KB].
Dimensiunea maxima a avatarului este de 150x150 pixeli. [maxim 50 KB]
Nu folositi ca avatar imaginile de la rank-urile speciale de pe forum [moderator, administrator, etc]. Actionand ca atare, va atrage dupa sine luarea dreptului de a mai avea avatar, plus sanctionare cu 2-4 warning-uri.
Nu folositi la rank-ul personalizat cuvinte vulgare sau asemanatoare cu rank-urile speciale de pe forum (moderator, administrator, etc) 2-4 warning-uri.
Nu folositi in semnatura sau la avatar imagini indecente/pornografice. Consecinte: luarea dreptului de a mai avea avatar/semantura si sanctionare cu 1 - 4 Warning-uri / Ban .
Nu folositi link-uri catre site-uri personale in avatar/imaginile din semnatura.
Reguli si dispozitii suplimentare:
Dualitatea prezentei pe forum este interzisa. Fiecare persoana are dreptul la un singur user, cu exceptia cazului in care persoana vrea sa renunte la un user si sa isi faca altul. In aceste circumstante ma va anunta pe mine. In cazul in care o persoana va fi gasita ca avand 2 conturi active, risca sa ia ban pe ambele.
La fiecare warning primit vi se scad 40 puncte reputatie.
La 5 warning-uri veti primi automat ban permanent pe forum.
Daca doriti sa vi se scoata warning-urile ajutati forumul: Faceti tutoriale si postati-le in categoriile potrivite, ajutati utilizatorii forumului cand se lovesc de probleme, comportati-va decent, postati numai cand trebuie si respectati regulile.
Conturile speciale (gen moderator) pe Forum nu se dau dupa numarul de posturi, nu postati doar ca sa va aflati in treaba sau sa va cresteti numarul de posturi daca nu aveti nimic de spus !
NU va inregistrati cu nick-uri care contin cuvinte indecente/vulgare ! (Ban permanent)
Nu aveti voie sa copiati materialele postate pe freakz.ro (Decat daca puneti la sfarsitul articolului autorul si link direct catre
www.freakz.ro ). In cazul in care autorul tutorialului sesizeaza ca i-a fost copiat postul dar nu a fost mentionat ca fiind autor, userul respectiv risca banarea permanenta de pe forum.
In cazul in care luati ban adresa de email si IP-ul dumneavoastra vor fi facute publice in lista cu banuri
*Warningurile dispar dupa 45 zile, 1 cate 1 (daca in aceasta perioada nu ati mai luat nici un alt warning)
Consumul de alcool si tutun in incinta forumului este strict interzis.
Reguli pentru botii de spam:
Nu va inregistrati pe forum, avem mult usturoi !
Eu, Shocker, administratorul si detinatorul forumului si a intregii comunitati Freakz.ro, imi rezerv dreptul de a modifica regulamentul in orice moment (chiar si fara sa va anunt, dar de cele mai multe ori o sa incerc sa fac cunoscute noile modificari), iar continuarea activitatii dumneavoastra pe acest forum dupa modificarea lui presupune acceptarea din partea dumneavoastra a noului regulament.

Once you register on the Freakz Forum you inherently agree to abide and respect the rules below. Every rule is followed by the punishment associated with the infringement of that rule.
Rules regarding posting and user relation on the forums:
In a topic you will post only what is related to the topic, discussions that are offtopic will be punished. (1 Warning)
Use a decent vocabulary in your posts. Do not verbally attack other users and do not use vulgar expressions. Every user on the forums would like to be respected regardless of their age, sex, gender, nationality or level of education/knowledge. Avoid hostile attitudes towards other users. (1 - 4 Warnings / Temporary or permanent Ban)
Before opening a new topic, use the search function of the forum (CĂUTARE), insuring that said topic has not been already opened and discussed. (1 Warning)
Do not revive very old topic unless you have something very important to add or are in need of help on the same problem and the solutions posted have not been of use. (1 Warning)
Do not post twice consecutively in the same topic in a 6-/ 12-hour interval unless it is absolutely necessary. If you have something to add to your topic, use the "Edit" button in the top right corner of your post.(1 Warning)
Advertisiment on the forums is NOT permitted in any way or form, not even referer links. The only place you may mention your website on the forums is in the "Website" field of your profile. Do not post links that have no relation to the topic, they will be deleted. Advertising in your signature is NOT permitted. Users that have links in their signatures will have the rights to bear a signature revoked. (1 - 4 Warnings / Temporary or permanent Ban)
The title of a topic must be clear and must reflect the content of the original post. Also, you must be as explicit as possible so as to avoid any misunderstandings. Titles that go along the line of "Heeeelp", "What should I do", "Look here" are not permitted. When posting a problem and not receiving the expected answer, rephrase the issue in a way that is understandable to anyone trying to offer help. (1 Warning)
Avoid having a post consisting solely of monosylabic words like "OK", "Ty", "qq" or other that are only proof of lack of respect and/or proper education (1 Warning)
The posting of pornographic / indecent / vulgar material on the forums is strictly forbidden as is any other material that may offend other users (1 - 4 Warnings/ Permanent Ban)
Do not make excessive use of the "CAPS LOCK" button or the emoticons available and avoid writing with text that is very large or brightly coloured. (1 Warning)
In case you are posting a tutorial that is not of your authorship, it is mandatory to mention the author's name out of respect of the time they spent writing it (1-4 Warnings / Permanent Ban)
Every user is expected to post at least once on the forum, even those that have registered to get informed. To avoid confusion, you may post first in the "Welcome" (Bun Venit) section of the forums by creating a topic in which you present yourself.
Do not ask for punishments to be awarded to other users (You may do so by using the Report function) or the closing of the topic (1 - 2 Warnings)
Rules regarding avatars, ranks, signatures and images posted on the forums:
You may use an image in your signature [460x150 pixels], and one userbar. [not exceeding 100 KB]
The maximum dimensions that the avatar may have is 150x150. [not exceeding 50 KB]
Do not use as an avatar images that are exclusive to the special ranks of the forum [moderator, administrator, etc.]. Doing so will mandate the administrators to revoke your right to wear an avatar, plus 2-4 warnings.
Do not use as a personalized rank vulgar words or phrases or ranks that are similar to those of moderators, administrators and GMs. (2-4 Warnings)
Do not use in your signature or avatar indecent/pornographic images. Consequences: removal of the rights to wear avatars/signature and sanctioning with to 1 - 4 Warnings / Ban.
Do not use links to personal websites in avatar/images used as signature.
Extra rules and dispositions:
Presence duality on the forums is forbidden. Every person has the right to one single user, excepting the case in which the person wants to renounce access to that user and create a new one. Given those circumstances, the user has the obligation to first inform me or else he risks getting both accounts banned.
Every warning you receive automatically subtracts 40 reputation points from your account.
If you receive 5 warnings you will be automatically and permanently banned on the forums.
If you wish to have your warnings removed, you must help the forums: Create tutorials and post them in the right categories, help forum users when they encounter problems, act decently, post only when necessary and respect the rules.
Special accounts (as moderator) on the forums are not given judging by the number of posts, do not post just to have one more post if you have nothing to say!
Do not register on the forums with nicknames that are vulgar/indecent (Permanent ban)
Plagiarism in regards to materials posted on freakz.ro is forbidden. (You may post them only if you post the author and a link to
www.freakz.ro). In case the author of the tutorial notices his tutorial has been plagiarized but he was not mentioned as the author, the user that plagiarized it may be banned permanently on the forums.
In case you will be banned, your email address and IP will be made public in the Ban List.
*Warnings disappear after 45 days one by one (only if you didn't receive any other warning in that period)
Alcohol and tobacco consumption on forum premises is strictly forbidden.
Rules for Spambots:
Don't register on the forums, we have garlic!
I, Shocker, the administrator and owner of the forum and of the entire Freakz.ro community, reserve my right to modify the rules at any given moment (even without announcing it, although I will try most often to bring to your knowledge modifications made to the rules), and if you continue to post on the forums after I modify the rules represents your acceptance of the new rules.
